During the lockdown in India, there were reports of massive swarms of Locusts destroying crops in the northwest of the country and leaving farmers to ruin. Dubai based designer Sahil Assadi created a dystopian dining menu that featured locusts in every dish. Using this artwork as my base, I wrote a story on the brief history of locust consumption and why we aren't eating them today for Mold.
