The Boochi Cookout

On a bright Saturday afternoon in November, I invited a few people who have been a part of my journey through Serendipity Art Foundation's Food Lab into my kitchen, and we cooked an insect based meal.






As a part of Boochi's first cookout, the ingredients we used were foraged weaver ants, smoked crickets, defatted black solider fly larvae, black soldier fly larvae meal and cricket powder.
